Why We Exist
Vision & Mission
Vision
To build a generation of informed, empowered and actively engaged young people who contribute meaningfully to the political, economic and social transformation of Cross River State and Nigeria.
Mission
To mobilise, connect and empower young people across the 18 Local Government Areas, 196 political wards and 3,281 polling units of Cross River State through a grassroots network dedicated to showcasing evidence of development, promoting youth participation and leadership, supporting entrepreneurship and skills development, and creating opportunities for young people to contribute meaningfully to governance and community development.
Evidence Group exists to inform, mobilise, empower and amplify young people, while documenting and communicating the impact of government policies, programmes and projects.

As a political support platform for the All Progressives Congress (APC), the Group seeks to translate this grassroots mobilisation into over one million votes for APC candidates in the upcoming elections, subject to the choices made by individual voters.

Our mobilization reaches down to ward level, organizing across all 196 registration wards in Cross River State for door-to-door PVC sensitization and voter education.
PVC Verification System
Members submit their Permanent Voter's Card number and a photo of the card for admin review — a verified PVC unlocks a member's Gold Digital Membership ID.
About Evidence Group Cross River State
Evidence Group Cross River State is a youth-led grassroots political movement with active structures in all 18 Local Government Areas — Abi, Akamkpa, Akpabuyo, Bakassi, Bekwarra, Biase, Boki, Calabar Municipal, Calabar South, Etung, Ikom, Obanliku, Obubra, Obudu, Odukpani, Ogoja, Yakurr, and Yala. Organized under the banner “Youths First, Evidence Speaks,” the movement supports President Bola Tinubu and Governor Bassey Otu, mobilizing young people across the state to participate in democratic processes, hold leadership accountable, and drive measurable progress ahead of the 2027 general elections.
Our core mission centers on Permanent Voter’s Card (PVC) sensitization, voter education, and structured mobilization down to ward level, covering all 196registration wards in the state. Members join through the official Evidence Group portal, where they can register, track their referral impact on a public leaderboard. A verified PVC, together with a passport photo, unlocks a member’s Gold Digital Membership ID, a shareable card confirming their standing in the structure.
Beyond individual registration, recognized churches, unions, and community associations can register and receive their own referral link, letting Evidence Group track each group’s real, live contribution to the movement’s growth. Whether you’re in Calabar Municipal, Biase, Ogoja, or any of Cross River’s other LGAs, Evidence Group Cross River State gives every young person a direct, verified way to stand up and be counted ahead of 2027.
